Whenever any client purchases our courses, instant access is given to the video contents. If they face any technical issue, they require to contact the Perpetual It technical team by sending an email to perpetualitworld@gmail.com or by sending an SMS to  +8801869-516171, and within 48 hours, PIW tries to solve the issue. So, PIW has no refund system. Again, PIW doesn't take the return of any contents, as these are not products rather video content. Our clients can watch sample contents, read terms and conditions and take decisions for purchasing or declining.
